Use of the Website

You are permitted to view any non-password protected parts of the website on the condition that; a. it is used for information purposes only, for reproduction for personal use only and not for reproduction on any other website or for commercial gain. b. no part of the Website is copied, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means to any third party without the written permission of Gasta.com.


Use of services

"Services" relates to any parts of the website which, by their use, require Gasta.com to provide a response to you the user. These services typically include our Search Requests and any other transactional areas of the site.


Limitation of liability

We will endeavor to keep our site and services running at all times, but we cannot guarantee their availability beyond our own control i.e. we cannot be held responsible for down time of our ISP etc. Gasta.com cannot be held responsible for the loss of any information posted on our site resulting in failed transactions. We shall not be held liable for any punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damages for loss of use of the site, loss of personal data, failure of transactions through the site or directly with Gasta.com, failure to provide services or information, interruptions or delays to the website, whether based on contract or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law.


Affiliates

Commission is calculated on the 2nd of each month. Payments are issued by cheque 28 days later and may take up to a further 28 days to arrive.

Commission will not be paid to holders of affiliate accounts who attempt to open SEM marketing accounts with the same payee or address details. Attempts to register multiple Gasta SEM accounts with similar addresses to Gasta Affiliate accounts will be considered abuse of our terms of use. In such instances, account will be closed. Outstanding payments will be reviewed manually by Gasta and made after 60 days of account closure notice, said payments will be manually vetted and only payments Gasta deem valid will be paid.


Copyright and Trade Marks

All content on the website whether graphical or textual shall be the copyright of Gasta.com unless otherwise identified with the content, except when references are made to brands and manufacturers, in which case, the copyright of these names and brands remains with the respective manufacturers and companies.

All Logos Headings and other identifying marks for Gasta.com constitute it's Trading Marks and as such should only be used by Gasta.com unless written permission has been obtained from Gasta.com for their use by a third party in order for them to represent Gasta.com. These trade Marks remain the sole copyright of Gasta.com.

Refund Policy

We here at Gasta.com want all our clients to be happy with the service we offer. If you are unhappy with the facilities of Gasta.com, or any of our services and do not intend to use the services you have purchased, please contact AMI within one week of making your purchase. We will fully investigate your problems, and seek to resolve them as quickly as possible. Due to our current payment methods there will be a 28 day wait until payment is cleared. Gasta.com makes no guarantee of any amount of leads generated by advertising or PPC Listings. If we are unable to resolve your problems to your complete satisfaction, all unused credit, plus all credit used within the last month or since your last payment, whichever is more recent, will be promptly and courteously refunded. All refunds will be paid by cheque. If you have an issue with the site for which you feel a refund is appropriate, that goes beyond the one week period of the normal monthly cycle, please feel free to contact the AMI team, and we will be happy to consider cases on their individual merit. If your payment is for the PPC area of the site including sponsored Logo and Banner ads an administration fee of 25% is applicable. AMI cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage, however caused, arising from users accessing this site over the internet. Nothing in this policy is intended - or is to be interpreted in such a way as - to limit or reduce your statutory rights.
